Ramesh Kumar-Fraud of Money

Ramesh, taken money 160000 two years back name of business development as partners along with, he didnt develop business use my money for his home expenses, last two years I am asking money back, he has returned 50000, I am waiting for returning my 110000, last one year he is roaming around, today tomorrow and now he stop to pickup my call even, now he is not answering my call even.
